12.03.13: Art of Making Seminar in London

We will be speaking as part of the King's Department of Classics Seminar Series. The event will take place?at?5.15 pm in B6 (Department of Classics) on 12th March 2013. Ours is entitled: 'The Art of Making in?Antiquity: a Leverhulme-Funded Project on Stone Carving in the Roman World'.

5th February - Professor Mike Trapp 'Cold bath, cistern, Roman relic:?sorting out the true stories of the Strand Lane Roman Bath'.

26th February - Dr Irene Polinskaya "IOSPE: Greek and Latin inscriptions?from the Northern Black Sea. The Making of a New Corpus."

12th March - Dr Will Wootton and Dr Ben Russell "The Art of Making in?Antiquity: a Leverhulme-Funded Project on Stone Carving in the Roman World."

26th March- Dr Micaela Langellotti 'Complex affairs: contracts and people in?early Roman Tebtunis.'
