Description
The joints between blocks which run through the fluted half-column flanking this scene showing that the whole monument is composed of irregular blocks and also that the fluting was undertaken in place - as probably was most of the carving.

Notes

Repeated scenes of Victories slaying bulls can be found all over the monument.
