Detail of the entablature of the front of the scaenae frons of the theatre.

The righthand block in this detail is a replacement, added as a repair at some point. This explains why the inscription carries on across blocks without interruption but the triglyphs of the entablature itself are cut off. The inscription records the dedication of the building to Aphrodite and the demos by Caius Iulius Zoilos.
